The Import team was by far and away the most professional car experience that I have had. They knew the vehicle intimately, provided all info quickly and effectively, and worked with me when I hit roadblocks pursuing financing on an older luxury car (always a pain!). Nathan specifically made the experience, and his service should be the gold standard for any performance automotive sales team. I’ll be using them in the future, and I’m gonna point anybody with an interest in Euro cars their way.

My vehicle experienced some serious issues that almost stranded me out of state. Luckily I made inquiries about service before I made it home and the staff was very gracious about helping me. Completed repairs were not cheap but I am confined in the workmanship and warranty that accompanies the work performed. It’s a very good repair shop and I move them to the top of my list for my BMW maintenance schedule.

Import & its employees are amazing! I have had my car serviced several times here over the past year and I have been so impressed by their quality service and timeliness! I recommend Import to anybody in the Raleigh-Cary area that needs car repairs.

Bought my E46 here from out of state and had it shipped to me. It was my first time doing that and they were super helpful navigating that process. They were also pleasant to work with and were responsive through text. I personally had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone I know.

I had such a wonderful, straight forward experience buying my Audi. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with me to get everything just right and even delivered the vehicle to me in Sanford. I couldn't be happier.
